What is the warranty period for electronics purchased on your site?
All products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. LPAV also offers extended protection plans that cover accidental damage and technical malfunctions for up to 3 years.
How do you ensure fragile electronics are safe during shipping?
We use industry-leading double-walled corrugated boxes and anti-static ESD foam packaging to ensure your sensitive electronic components arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for opened electronic goods?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened electronics must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
